Kawasaki Ninja 1100SX: Kawasaki India has launched the Ninja 1100SX, a new version of its sport-touring motorcycle that brings updated mechanical features, priced at Rs 14.42 lakh (ex-showroom).
The Ninja 1100SX is powered by a 1,099cc liquid-cooled, in-line four-cylinder engine. The updated engine delivers stronger low- and mid-range performance. Kawasaki has also improved fuel efficiency while maintaining strong high-end performance. The bike now produces 11.5 kgf- m of torque.
Better Riding Experience
One of the key upgrades is the improved Kawasaki Quick Shifter (KQS), which allows smoother gear changes during both upshifts and downshifts. The system now works at lower engine speeds, making city riding and relaxed cruising more comfortable. Longer fifth and sixth gears help reduce engine stress at highway speeds, improving fuel economy and ride comfort.
Comfort-Focused Features
Designed with long-distance riding in mind, the Ninja 1100SX offers an upright seating position, good wind protection and a comfortable seat to reduce rider fatigue. It also comes with electronic cruise control, which helps maintain a steady speed without continuous throttle use, making highway travel easier.
The motorcycle is equipped with a USB Type-C charging port on the handlebar, allowing riders to charge devices while on the move. It also supports optional panniers, making it suitable for touring and short trips alike.

Strong Chassis
The Ninja 1100SX is built on an aluminium frame that helps maintain balance and stability while riding. Its chassis provides steady handling, making it easier to control the motorcycle on highways as well as winding roads. The suspension is designed to absorb road bumps effectively, helping maintain control during turns and uneven surfaces.
