NEET PG Result 2025: The National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) has released the NEET PG 2025 results. Candidates who appeared for the postgraduate medical entrance exam can check their scorecards on the official website, natboard.edu.in. Along with the results, NBEMS has also published the NEET PG cut-off scores for admission to MD, MS, DNB, and diploma courses. The cut-off has been released for different categories, including General, EWS, General-PwBD, SC, ST, and OBC (including PwBD of SC/ST/OBC).

NEET PG Result 2025: Exam pattern

The NEET PG 2025 examination was held on August 3, 2025, in a single shift from 9:00 AM to 12:30 PM. The test included 200 multiple-choice questions (MCQs), each with four answer options in English. Candidates had to choose the most accurate or appropriate answer for each question within the allotted 3 hours and 30 minutes. The exam followed a negative marking scheme, with 25% marks deducted for every wrong answer, while no marks were cut for unanswered questions. NEET PG serves as a single entrance test for admission to MD, MS, PG Diploma, Post-MBBS DNB courses, Direct 6-year DrNB courses, and NBEMS Diploma programs.

  2. On the homepage, click on the NEET PG Result 2025 link.
  3. Log in by entering your credentials and submit.
  4. The NEET PG result will appear on the screen.
  5. Download it and take a printout for future use.

NBEMS has announced the cut-off marks for NEET PG 2025. Candidates from the General and EWS categories need at least the 50th percentile, which is 276 out of 800 marks, to qualify. For General-PwBD candidates, the qualifying cut-off is the 45th percentile or 255 marks. Meanwhile, SC, ST, and OBC candidates (including PwBD under these categories) must secure the 40th percentile or 235 marks to clear the exam.

The next phase of the admission process involves NEET PG 2025 counselling, where candidates can secure their seats. The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) will oversee counselling for All India Quota seats through mcc.nic.in, and the schedule will be announced soon. For state quota seats, counselling will be carried out by the respective state authorities on their official portals.
