Jharkhand Education Minister Ramdas Soren, seriously injured after a fall in his bathroom at home, is being transferred from Tata Motors Hospital in Jamshedpur to Delhi for specialized medical treatment on Saturday.

In a post on X, State Minister Irfan Ansari said Soren had suffered a brain injury and a blood clot due to the fall, and was being airlifted to Medanta Hospital in Delhi.
Ansari expressed deep concern over his condition, adding that he was closely monitoring the situation.
"The news of Jharkhand's Education Minister, our elder brother Shri Ramdas Soren Ji, being unwell is deeply concerning. He has sustained a brain injury and blood clot due to a fall in the bathroom. He is being airlifted to Medanta Hospital in Delhi. I am continuously monitoring his condition. I appeal to all of you for your prayers. I pray to God that he recovers quickly," state minister Irfan Ansari said.
