Rizwan Sajan grew up in a middle-class family in Mumbai. After losing his father at the age of 16, he took on various jobs, such as selling books, and firecrackers, and delivering milk on the roads, to support his family.

In 1981, Sajan moved to Kuwait and started working as a trainee salesman, gaining valuable experience in the business world.  

In 1993, Sajan took a big step and started Danube Group, a company that would later become a leader in the construction materials industry. 

Sajan is the founder and chairman of Danube Group, and in 2018, he was ranked 8th in the list of Top 100 Indian Business Owners in the Arab World.  

Under his leadership, Danube expanded into home decor, real estate, and other sectors, growing its presence across the Middle East, including Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and Oman.  

Today, Danube Group generates Rs 32 crore every day and operates in several countries reportedly, making it one of the largest companies in its field globally. He is also India’s Biggest Salesman In Dubai.
