Income Tax Update: ITR-6 Excel Utility Released — Who Should File and Who Shouldn't?
ITR-6 is required to be filed by all companies registered under the Companies Act, 2013 (or any previous versions), unless they are eligible to file ITR-5. This generally includes Private Limited Companies, Public Limited Companies, and One Person Companies (OPCs).

IT dept launches tax calculator; e-filing of few ITRs begins
E-filing of income tax returns for the assessment year 2016-17 was launched today for a select category of entities and individuals even as the IT department provided an online calculator for filers to do an easy check and obtain their annual tax liability.
