16-Year-Old Held After Delhi Man Dragged 600 Metres To Death In Car Accident
A 16-year-old boy was arrested after allegedly hitting and dragging a 32-year-old man, Sujeet Mandal (30) for 600 metres in Delhi’s Samaypur Badli area. The victim was declared dead after being taken to the hospital, police said.
