Franklin Templeton acquires 8.49% stake in Pantaloons Fashion
Franklin Templeton has acquired 7,879,902 equity shares of Kumar Mangalam Birla-led Aditya Birla Nuvo Ltd (ABNL) firm, the company said in a BSE filing.

ABNL is now ABFRL, Madura Garments merges with PFRL, now a separate Retail Firm
A shareholder holding 100 shares in ABNL will continue to hold 100 shares in ABNL and in addition will get 520 shares of PFRL.
