SCO to review India's request for full membership of grouping
The Shanghai Cooperation Organisation (SCO), a China-dominated security grouping, will review India's request for its full membership at the annual summit here Friday as the bloc seeks to expand its reach in combating challenges of terrorism and spurring growth of the member nations.
