Farmers to intensify stir against proposed Mumbai-Nagpur Expressway
The farmers from 49 villages of Sinnar and Igatpuri tehsils have decided not to give an inch of land for the Maharashtra government's Mumbai-Nagpur Samrudhhi Expressway, a member of Farmers' Action Committee said on Sunday.

Mumbai-Nagpur Expressway: Affected farmers to be compensated
Farmers in Sinnar and Igatpuri talukas here who have parted with their lands for the proposed Mumbai-Nagpur 702-km Sumruddhi Expressway project, will be compensated adequately, according to Nashik Collector B Radhakrishna.
