Coal scam: CBI files fresh charge sheet against former Coal Secretary
Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) filed a fresh chargesheet against former Coal Secretary HC Gupta, in relation with alleged irregularities in allocation of a Chattisgarh-based coal block to SKS Ispat and Power Ltd (SIPL). Gupta is already facing prosecution in over seven cases related to the coal scam.
